Hot Moms Who Cook
For moms who manage money, meals, and the messy middle.
Happy Monday! Today is going to be a great day and I’m so glad you’re here. 🥰
I took a body pump class yesterday and my arms are trembling as I type this. It’s like a barre class with heavier weights and whewww it worked me.
In last week’s poll, 38% of you said you’re focusing on moving your body more this January. Same! I’m a regular walker and trying to incorporate more strength training this year along with getting back into yoga (I used to be obsessed) and trying out pilates! What are some workouts you enjoy the most? Let me know in the poll at the end! I’d love to hear from all 1,176 of you.
Can’t wait to be the hottest versions of ourselves this year LFG!!!
Let’s get into it:

🍽️ What’s for Dinner
Sheet Pan Roast Chicken and Cabbage - I think cabbage is such an underrated vegetable and I love cooking chicken and cabbage together. I plan on making this recipe in the air fryer so we’ll see how it goes!
Chicken and Rice Taco Skillet - Another way to Taco Tuesday! This is a great recipe to meal prep in advance and reheat when needed.
Slow Cooker Orange Chicken and Broccoli - Yall know I’m a sucker for a good slow cooker recipe, and this minimal-ingredient version looks even better than takeout. Serve it over rice and dinner’s done! Perfect for a busy weeknight.
Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Salmon - This is a winner for the whole family that comes together in 30 minutes. I personally love anything honey mustard.
Easy Asian Ground Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry - If you have leftover cabbage from the first recipe, try this Asian recipe next! I love the combination of ground beef and cabbage and kids love it too.

On the weekends, you’ll most likely catch me in a half zip or other soft athleisure. This is one of my fave brands and I love the material of this soft half zip.
I like to wash my hair at a maximum of two times per week so dry shampoo is my savior. I’ve heard the best things about this dry shampoo and can’t wait to try!
Speaking of half zip, I just got a mongolian cashmere sweater that is truly amazing and I saw they have it in a half zip version and now I need this. Elevated classics are my calling.
I’m obsessed with this jersey long sleeve top that comes in so many fun colors and perfect for a walk or a workout. It’s slightly cropped and hits at the perfect spot.
People will start to say “oh she’s different this year” and I think I’ll owe it to my new planner?? At least that’s what I’m betting it all on LOL
